A new trailer has appeared for Welcome To The Rileys, which premiered at Sundance earlier this year.
Jake Scott, son of Ridley, hasn't had as much success as a film director following a lucrative music promo career, but that looks set to change with this compelling drama.
James Gandolfini and Melissa Leo are a couple driven apart by grief after the death of their daughter. The husband meets a vulnerable young stripper, Kristen Stewart, and brings her into the family.
Gandolfini and Leo look convincing in what looks to be a fraught and emotional affair. As much as I want to support Stewart, as I admire the way she's coped with the Twilight madness, her deadpan method is starting to grate. I'm hoping The Runaways will prove she can use inflection.
Welcome To The Rileys will be released this November.
