Everyone who loves a bit of zombie action is quite rightly excited about this new series, to air on FX in the UK, and AMC in the US.
Shawshank Redemption director Frank Darabont has turned Robert Kirkman's comic books into a real-life flesh and blood nightmare, with Andrew Lincoln as a US sheriff who survives the outbreak.
After waking in a hospital, he must find out if his wife (lovely Prison Break star Sarah Wayne Callies) and son are still alive, whilst trying to survive. While the first look doesn't look particularly original, it's going to be amazing to have a drama serial based on the undead.
The UK gets it at the beginning of November.
