The Human Centipede 2: Full Sequence

The first Human Centipede from director Tom Six may have been hysterically denounced across a lot of media outlets, but we actually found it to be a half-decent horror film, if a little wrapped up in it's own quest for notoriety.
The sequel has famously been banned on these shores, though US audiences will be given a theatrical release. Let's be honest, most of us will end up seeing it anyway, even if it isn't any good. Here's the full trailer for the second film in the series, which features the BBFC ruling as a pull quote - you have to admire that sort of opportunistic marketing.
In a very "meta" move from Six, this time out we are not following a skilled surgeon's attempts to create a centipede, but an obsessed fan who can't tell the difference between the film and reality. It looks absolutely sick, ergo, we can't wait to see this.
