A new, longer trailer for Anne Hathaway and Jake Gyllenhaal's romantic drama is released.

The first look at Love And Other Drugs wasn't that particularly thrilling, considering it reunited Brokeback Mountain stars Anne Hathaway and Jake Gyllenhaal.

Here's another trailer, slightly longer, which reveals a major plot point regarding Hathaway. Gyllenhaal is a pharmaceutical sales rep and ladies man who falls head over heels for Hathaway's free spirit in Edward Zwick's light-hearted follow-up to Defiance and Blood Diamond.
