Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy Cast Grows
Let the Right One In director Tomas Alfredson nabs Ralph Fiennes, Michael Fassbender and Colin Firth.
The cast for Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy has filled out, with Ralph Fiennes, Michael Fassbender and Colin Firth joining Gary Oldman for the adaptation of the John Le Carre novel.
With that cast and source material, the icing on the cake is that it's the latest film from Let The Right One In helmer Tomas Alfredson. The tale, of a retired intelligence agent George Smiley (Oldman) being called back to serve when a high-ranking member of MI6 is suspected of being a Soviet mole, has been filmed for television, but this will be the first time it's been on the big screen as a complete story.
Filming of Peter Morgan's script begins in London this October.
