Lost Auction Takes Place This Weekend

It's time to say your final farewells to Lost, as this weekend every single piece prop and costume is being auctioned off.

The Barker Hangar in Santa Monica Airport, California, will play host to the official Lost Auction and Exhibit over 21st and 22nd August. ABC Studios, in partnership with Profiles in History, will conduct a live and online auction featuring the iconic props, wardrobe and set decoration of the Emmy Award-winning television series, which ended this year after six incredible seasons. Get yourself over to Profiles in History to see hundreds of items you can bid for - we're talking proper iconic stuff here, with too many awesome things to mention.

Along with the auction, the lucky buggers who are present will be offered the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Lost props and sets. Large set pieces from the show will be on display, including a Dharma van and pieces of the plane wreckage from Oceanic flight 815. Other memorable props and wardrobe will also be featured. If you're in the area, tickets are available here.

Meanwhile, us non-Americans will have to make do with looking forward to the release of Lost: The Final Season on Blu-ray and DVD on 13th September.

Here's what we get, including the 12-minute Lost epilogue New Man In Charge:
