Johnny Marr, Hans Zimmer Perform Inception Score

London may have got the world premiere of Inception last week, but those in Los Angeles got something really special.

The already brilliant Hans Zimmer has outdone himself with the soundtrack to Christopher Nolan's masterpiece (been listening to it on repeat since yesterday), and treated those at the El Capitan theatre to a live rendition of the score, the lucky buggers.

Zimmer got Smiths legend Johnny Marr, who performs on eight of the tracks, and a 20-piece orchestra to treat the audience to a one-time only show. The event was streamed below, and you can jump to the action at 53 minutes in. Enjoy, and just imagine how powerful it's going to be in the actual film, released on Friday 16th July. Review here!
