Looks like director Craig Gillespie is going for an international cast for his Fright Night remake.
British actress Imogen Poots is the final major cast member announced for the horror, starring as Anton Yelchin's girlfriend - part of the popular crowd, and not aware of his past as a nerd. The Londoner appeared in 28 Weeks Later, and will be seen opposite Aaron Johnson in Chatroom.
Yelchin is the teenager convinced next door neighbour Colin Farrell is a vampire - he's right. David Tennant is the Las Vegas stage magician who badly advises Yelchin, Christopher Mintz-Plasse is best buddy, and Toni Collette the long-suffering mother.
Am convinced the Lars and the Real Girl director is going to improve on the cult original when he begins filming in New Mexico this summer.
